Do you deliver across the UAE?
Yes, we deliver to all Emirates.
How much does shipping cost?
- Orders above AED 150: Free shipping
- Orders below AED 150: AED 15 flat rate
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 1–2 business days depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the UAE. International delivery options will be announced soon.
When will pre-order items be shipped?
Pre-order products start dispatching from September 10th (or as mentioned on the product page).
Which payment methods are accepted?

Is Cash on Delivery available everywhere?
Yes, COD is available across all Emirates for orders below AED 500.

Can I return an order?
Yes, returns are accepted within 7 days if the seal is unbroken, unused, and in original packaging.
What is not eligible for return?
- Opened or unsealed products
- Products without original packaging
- Items bought during clearance sales
How do I request a return?
Send us a request via email or WhatsApp with your order number. You must also provide an unboxing video of the package for return approval.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the return is approved.
